Air Quality Services offers years of experience! We have cleaned over 8000 air duct systems and we recognize that each one is different. We have the expertise to handle your individual situation. You can expect a uniformed, professional and friendly crew who will treat your home or office with respect. There is no cleanup after us! We wear shoe covers, we tarp floors as needed, and we return furniture to its original location. Many of our customers have asthma and allergies, so we are vigilant about cleanliness!

We use superior equipment-the most powerful available. Our state-of-the-art truck-mounted equipment is a key factor in superior cleaning. This power is important as the entire system needs to be under negative pressure from the Power-Vac so that nothing escapes or remains in the system.

Air Quality Services uses the “source removal” system. The National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) recommends this as the most effective method of cleaning air ventilation systems.

The duct system is placed under suction, through the use of a specialized, powerful vacuum. While the vacuum draws air through the system, various tools are inserted into the return and supply registers to dislodge contaminants and debris. The powerful vacuum pulls the contaminants out of the ducts, removing them from the system. The final steps are to clean the registers, plenum, furnace, heat exchanger, evaporator coil, condensate drain pan, and blower wheel.
